OVERVIEW:
Want to effectively teach your clients a winning nutrition and exercise message? Here's your chance to learn from two internationally respected professionals in the fields of nutrition, exercise, and aging:
Sports nutritionist Nancy Clark, MS, RD, a board certified specialist in sports dietetics (CSSD), is known for her counseling skills with athletes and fitness exercisers.
William Evans, PhD, educator and researcher, is known for his state-of-the-art research with muscles, protein, and exercise to delay the aging process.
In this dynamic workshop, you will learn practical information that you can put into action to help your clients enhance their energy, sports performance, weight, and lifelong health. You will go home with the tools you need to help clients of all ages and athletic abilities, from teens to seniors, fitness exercisers to Olympians.
