Dr. Evans will discuss the effects exercise
has on body function (reducing the risk of heart
disease, osteoporosis, diabetes, hypertension)
& the changing nutritional needs with aging.

protein needs of athletes, muscle damage, protein
metabolism and aging, and protein needs of
amenorrheic athletes. |
